The Service, including all software, algorithms, methodologies, user interfaces, and documentation, is the exclusive property of PromptForge® and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or methodologies of the Service
- Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service or its optimization techniques
- Use the Service for competitive analysis or to develop competing products
- Share, distribute, or disclose any proprietary information obtained through the Service
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use automated systems to extract data or methodologies from the Service
4. Confidentiality
You acknowledge that the optimization algorithms, scoring systems, and framework methodologies constitute confidential trade secrets. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information and not to disclose such information to third parties.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of prompts you submit for optimization. However, you grant PromptForge® a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your original prompts.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PROMPTFORGE® DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMPTFORGE® BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Enforcement
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and may subject you to civil and criminal liability. PromptForge® reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
